Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. Just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic and we'll give you your money back in full.  Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it! 

We will be happy to refund any merchandise purchased on our website that results broken at arrival. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. 
Also, we have a 7 day refund policy in case you are not satisfied with the product. Please not that it can only apply if the request is made within a week upon delivery.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
